Next, start making your way up north following Hwy 1 along the coast. Prepare for spectacular views and vistas. At every turn in the road, the terrain changes, and you will be delighted at every corner. You might be in farm country one minute, and a heavily forested area in the next. One minute the air is crisp and clear, and the next minute you find yourself covered in a blanket of fog. Make sure you allow yourself enough time in the great state of California.
